It is the policy of the City of Columbia that all City-sponsored public meetings and events are accessible to individuals with disabilities. Anyone needing assistance to participate in a meeting or event due to a disability, as defined under the ADA, should contact the City’s ADA Coordinator at 931-560-1570 or by email at least three business days prior to the scheduled meeting or event to request an accommodation.

In the event of official holidays, scheduling conflicts or inclement weather, meetings may be rescheduled.
