The report summarizes key financial data in a user-friendly format, helping residents better understand how public resources are managed and invested.

Demonstrating continued excellence in financial reporting, the City of Columbia’s PAFR has received the Government Finance Officers Association’s Award for Outstanding Achievement in Popular Annual Financial Reporting for seven consecutive years. This national recognition highlights the City’s commitment to producing clear, accurate, and accessible financial information for the community.
