Annual Reports

The Planning & Zoning division prepares the Development Services annual report. Article 8 of the Zoning Ordinance requires the Zoning Administrator to provide an annual report to the City Council on annexations and rezonings. The Ordinance also requires the Board of Zoning Appeals and the Architectural Design Review Team to report on their activities during the year. Finally, the comprehensive plan requires annual reporting on the progress of plan implementation. The annual report includes this required information as well as information about the work of the department during the year. Planning staff begin to compile data for the report immediately after the end of the calendar year. The full report is generally presented to City Council during the second quarter of the year.2022 report cover
